The co-ordit team enjoyed a fantastic weekend at Darley Moor where Richard Cooper was out to keep hold of the stars trophy and break the lap record held by Peter Hickman. Practise went well and set the theme for the weekend as Cooperman showed his pace by putting a time in below the lap record. John McGuiness crashed out during the practise session breaking his right hand and damaging the Padgett superbike, so after being released from hospital John returned to the track to commentate on the main races and watch Richard smash the lap record at 53.45 setting a new average speed of over 100mph! Our thanks goes out to all the organisers, staff and marshalls at Darley Moor for putting on a well run show which was justified by the massive crowd that turned out in the sunshine.

As part of the weekend Richard rode the new BMW S1000RR in some demonstration laps on the saturday and sunday. The bike is due to be released in November so pop in to your nearest dealer for further information.

The Team will now prepare for the last round of the British Superstock championship to be held at Oulton park 11th October where Richard needs be on the podium to finish third or maybe even second in the championship.
